2024年9月9日
On September 6 the 高等法院 of the District of Columbia issued 行政令24-12 authorizing the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) to inspect, 编译, and analyze data on criminal justice and juvenile justice systems so it can regularly publish aggregate data pursuant to DC Law 25-175.
订单, which supersedes Administrative Order 23-24, also authorizes personnel from the Metropolitan Police Department and the agencies that administer the juvenile programs to provide CJCC with data and information from juvenile case records, 社会工作记录, and police and other law enforcement records.
Furthermore, the resulting documents must adhere to the D.C. 法院’ current cell suppression policy, which stipulates that no cell in a table reflecting the number of occurrences of any compared variables may be displayed if it contains a number less than 20.
CJCC reports or final analysis available to the public may not contain information that makes it possible to identify any party, 见证, 社会工作者, 审判人员, or other person mentioned in the records.
